- Create an account by clicking My Account in the upper-right corner of the IEREK website, then select Create Account.
- Visit the webpage of the conference you wish to attend.
- Click Submit an Abstract.
- Enter the required information, then click Upload to attach your abstract file.

No, the research is needed in case you are attending as an author, if you are attending as an audience member, then you do not need to submit a research paper

On each conference, you will find a button on the left-side bar named “Important Dates” which has all the dates regarding the conference.

We can assist in visa issuance by providing a visa letter to the participant and the corresponding embassy / consulate, but we do not issue it by ourselves.

If you are in one of the cities in which our main offices are located, you may pass by and pay in cash before the payment deadline. Please know that payment in cash during the conference is NOT allowed.

IEREK does not facilitate accommodation, and the fees do not include accommodation, however, IEREK does send the participants a list of recommended hotels with bed & breakfast offers. Participants are fully responsible for booking their own accommodation whether it being from the recommended hotels or a hotel of the participants’ choosing.
